Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation email requesting additional details. Leading up to your trip, you'll be contacted via text or WhatsApp to confirm your pickup and answer any questions. On the day, you'll be notified when the driver is on the way and when they arrive. If you're the only group, pickup times are flexible; otherwise, wait times are limited to 15 minutes. The ride includes a stop at Snoqualmie East, with an optional stop at Alpental. The shuttle departs around 4 pm after the last chairlift and drops off passengers in order of pickup. For night skiing, departure aligns with the last chair of the evening.
